Job Details
* Location: Fieldstone School & The Greater Horseshoe School, Devon TQ12 1NH (covering both sites)
* Salary: Up to £46,800 (FTE, DOE, pro-rata actual take home salary is £33,552)
* Hours: 30 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8.30am-4.30pm
* Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only 46.6 weeks
* Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Fieldstone School & The Greater Horseshoe School, Devon. You will work collaboratively to deliver assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs, implementing a holistic therapeutic approach, and supporting staff and parents through training and development.
Our multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintains a nurturing environment focused on safeguarding and respect, aiming to build positive futures for our pupils. The role may be based at one or both schools depending on needs.

Essential Criteria
* Recognised qualification e.g., Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy, registered with the appropriate professional body
* Minimum Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
* Experience working with individuals with additional needs (e.g., trauma, neurodevelopmental differences)
* Ability to work independently and as part of multi-professional teams
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
