Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting multiple SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a number of supportive and welcoming schools in the local area.
About the roles:

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.

Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to deliver tailored learning and support.
*
Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
*
Support children with their social, emotional, and personal development.
*
Contribute to pupil progress monitoring and help adapt resources and activities as needed.
We are looking for candidates who:

Have experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting (though this is not essential).

Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.

Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*
Are flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to different school environments.

Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
