Maintenance Team Leader
What you will be doing
* Maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.
* Manage maintenance projects and work in accordance with the hotel’s quality requirements.
* Ensure basic upkeep and repair tasks are carried out, working alongside the Maintenance Manager.
* Perform preventive maintenance, regular safety and maintenance inspections across the hotel to create a pleasant and safe environment for all colleagues, guests and visitors.
* Manage and supervise team members in their day‑to‑day tasks, providing instructions and support when needed.
* Supervise contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
Qualifications
* Relevant building maintenance experience (asset).
* Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
* Highly responsible & reliable.
