About the role
We are looking for Experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses to join our brand new Ōtau Ridge Village which is nestled against the charming rural township of Clevedon, south-east of Auckland.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this boutique village enjoys uninterrupted views over the Wairoa River to the Hunua Ranges.
On offer are a range of shifts - AM, PM and Nights. You must be available to work at least one day of the weekend
Duties include:
5. Clinical assessment, planning and implementing of nursing care.
6. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
7. Work collaboratively with other team members
8. Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
9. Provide compassionate and high-level care
Skills & Experience Required:
10. Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
11. Strong nursing experience in aged care
12. InterRai qualification is desirable.
13. Up to date knowledge of wound care management
14. Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
15. You are a team player with a caring, respectful manner
