Purpose of Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will support merchandising standards and lead, coach, and mentor your teammates. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will step into their shoes and ensure everything runs smoothly.
