Are you a qualified Humanities Teacher with a specialism in History looking for an exciting short-term opportunity in a vibrant coastal secondary school setting? Pearson Whiffin Education may have the perfect role for you.
We are seeking a Humanities Teacher (ideally History specialist) to join a supportive and forward-thinking department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to deliver engaging lessons at KS3 and KS4, inspiring students and helping them achieve their full potential.
This temporary position is ideal for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers looking for a rewarding placement over the spring term.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
· A good understanding of the History curriculum to GCSE, KS3 and KS4 level
· A specialism in Humanities, History Studies
· The ability to inspire students in the classroom with fun and engaging lessons
· Ability to teach mixed ability classes differentiating for SEND but challenging the most academic
· A willingness to work with specialists across the school to deliver the best possible education to every student
