QC Supervisor – Woking, UK

This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Quality Control laboratory, maintaining compliance and supporting the team in delivering high-quality results.
As QC Supervisor, you will oversee the QC team from a daily operational perspective, ensuring the lab runs efficiently and meets GMP standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced QC professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Requirements
* Strong QC chemistry background with experience in HPLC and GMP environments.
* Proven experience in coaching and developing team members.
* Demonstrated ability to manage lab operations and equipment ownership.
* Experience with scheduling and rota management.
* Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills (science and equipment).
* Solid understanding of OOS processes and experience in managing investigations.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
