What you will do:
As our new Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying and approaching potential clients with the aim of identifying how Roboyo can best help them on their automation journeys. In this role, you will be an important part of our team in developing our business development function to better support our clients in fulfilling their needs. You will guide our clients to identify automation opportunities, evaluate the associated added value for our clients, and assist in the development of their automation roadmap.
You will be the key point of contact between Roboyo and our clients, identifying opportunities, answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products and technologies. In addition to approaching potential clients with the aim of winning new business, you also work to develop our relationships with existing clients. As such, you will become a crucial part of and a trusted advisor in our client’s digital transformation journey.
You will drive the identification of market trends and emerging client demands for specific services in the automation space, the development of a corresponding offering and ensure that both sales and delivery organizations are enabled to bring those services to market.
You will support the Chief Business Officer in driving business development efforts regionally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, manage profitability, and enhance client satisfaction.
Here's a glimpse of what your role entails:
* Develop the regional sales strategy and framework for the team to use
* Execution of strategic and tactical account planning, as well as effective implementation of sales methodologies with high cross-selling potential
* Developing and building existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
* Responsible for the complete sales cycle (end-to-end)
* Processing of tenders in cooperation with our delivery team
* Creation of "customized" pitch decks and individualized offers
* Communication and close collaboration with our technology partners
* Forecasting and CRM reporting
* Run or participate in events and sales/marketing activities with a focus on existing and potential client business opportunities
Requirements
* 5+ years of consulting experience in a B2B environment
* 5+ years in a dedicated Sales role
* A resilient network in the UK and demonstrable experience in new business sales with large organizations in UK
* Experience in complex solution selling that includes the introduction of projects of, IT-services and/or process development initiatives
* Experienced in driving sales initiative from first contact to signed engagement
* Experience in developing strategies for growth
* Strong business focus with good understanding from working with stakeholders at CEO level
* Great interest in digitalization technologies
* Fluent in English
* Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
Skills that we see as a big plus:
* Experience in Financial Services and Private Equity sectors.
* Experience in IT- / Management consulting from project management or project delivery will be an advantage, and your ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions will be of great importance.
* Knowledge of Hyperautomation tools and techniques.

Requirements
Experience and skills you’ll need to do what you love at Roboyo: · Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel · 2+ years of experience in a similar position · Time management and multitasking skills · Ability to handle ambiguous situations and time pressure · Motivation to work in a young, fun, and dynamic work environment · Strong collaborative skills are necessary · Demonstrating flexibility, information sharing, and anticipating needs is essential · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Fluent in German and English
