We’re looking to offer a salary of up to per annum and 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension, life assurance, and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Data Protection
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Perpare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports
* Assist with payroll queries and liaise with Shared Services
* Provide admin support for meetings under Behaviour, Attendance, and Grievance policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilient, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
* Previous HR experience or exposure to HR processes
* Enthusiasm for developing HR knowledge and progressing towards CIPD accreditation
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to obtain SC level clearance.
