You'll be supported by a collaborative HR team and benefit from hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office).\n\nDescription\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nProviding first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees\n\nManaging onboarding and offboarding processes\n\nSupporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking\n\nAssisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process\n\nCoordinating training and development initiatives\n\nKeeping employee records up to date using the HRIS\n\nSupporting key HR projects and process improvements\n\nHelping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting\n\nProfile\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nPrevious HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment\n\nA good working knowledge of UK employment law\n\nConfident communicating with stakeholders at all levels\n\nOrganised, detail-oriented and a self-starter\n\nCIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience\n\nJob Offer\n\nHR Generalist - What's on offer:\n\nSalary up to £30,000 \n\nFlexible hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)\n\nBased in Leeds City Centre\nSupportive and collaborative team culture\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nCentral Leeds location with great transport links
