About the Company
Join our growing team! The Meetings Space specialises in high quality B2B forums. We are the leading provider of forums in the travel industry, primarily in the MICE sector: meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. We connect hotels, venues and destinations with high-quality buyers to meet and build strong relationships: think laid back luxury networking, with purpose.
Responsibilities
* Event logistics support - including event collateral, flights, transfers and accommodation arrangements
* Liaison with forum partners
* Attend TMS events as and when required by the team (currently 7 events per year)
* Invoicing
* Attend networking events to build your own and TMS brand awareness
Qualifications
* Preferably at least 1 year of experience working in any form of corporate environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills – English is essential
* Confident with excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
* Outstanding approach to customer service
* Strong administrative and organisational skills - experience using Microsoft Office package - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
* Polite, friendly and mature attitude
* Works well under pressure
* Proactive and self-motivated
* A passion for travel and a valid passport is essential (plus the right to live and work in the UK)
