We are seeking a Meter Operator (MOP) Specialist to join our Advanced Half Hourly Meter Operations team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of advanced meter operations, including new installations, fault resolution, half-hourly meter exchanges, and ongoing maintenance of accounts. You'll ensure that all tasks are managed and scheduled efficiently, meeting strict timelines and handling conflicting priorities within agreed service levels.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining all Half-Hourly (HH) and Automated Meter Reading (AMR) metering and communication points.
