Key Duties
Assist with installation and setup of refractive laser systems at customer sites, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Support preventative maintenance schedules to keep laser systems operating at peak performance and reduce downtime.Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics of hardware, software, and optical components under the supervision of senior engineers.Document all service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and parts replacements, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.Provide technical support to customers, offering guidance on system operation and care during training visits and after-service calls.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment both on-site and in the workshop.Participate in structured training programs covering laser safety, clinical application support, and equipment-specific certification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical trainers, sales staff, and engineering departments, to ensure a high level of customer to all health, safety, and quality assurance protocols, including infection control practices relevant to the ophthalmic prepared to travel regularly, including overnight stays, to support customer sites across your assigned region or nationally.
