Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service / Data Inputter
Location: Telford – Overnight Parcel Depot TF7 4JR
Hours: Part-Time – 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:00
Hourly Pay: £12.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a confident and reliable part-time Customer Service/Data Inputter to join our fast-paced, busy overnight parcel depot in Tweedale, Telford.
You will be working in a friendly, dynamic office environment, providing essential support to both customers and depots. The role involves a mix of telephone-based customer service, data entry, and problem-solving, all requiring attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering customer and depot enquiries via phone and email
* Inputting parcel and delivery data accurately into our systems
* Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth deliveries/collections
* Providing friendly and effective service under pressure
Key Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* Good level of numeracy and computer literacy
* Typing/data entry experience essential
* Outgoing personality – team player with a positive attitude
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Must have own transport and live in or around the Telford area
* Transport/parcel industry knowledge is a bonus
