With ambitious expansion plans, including the launch of a brand-new restaurant, we are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our exceptional kitchen team.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Chef Patron Director in the day-to-day running of a high-performing kitchen.
You Will
* Lead and inspire a team of chefs to deliver Michelin-star standards consistently
* Support menu development using seasonal, high-quality ingredients
* Ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes
* Take responsibility for service in the absence of the Head Chef
* Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiencies
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance
About You
* Has strong experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef within a quality-led environment
* Ideally has experience in Michelin-star or multi-rosette kitchens
* Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills
* Thrives under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
* Is driven to continuously develop both themselves and their team
