Recruit with Purpose is supporting a housing association on a transformation journey to find new ways to achieve their purpose of providing families with affordable, sustainable, and safe homes.
As their Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be at the heart of shaping service delivery, leading transformation driven by insight, built around inclusion, and focused on real results.
You will lead a talented team of business analysts and collaborate across departments to rethink and redesign customer journeys from the ground up. This includes mapping processes, defining service requirements, and co-creating operating models that prioritize customers while supporting key business goals.
This is a high-impact, visible role. The senior leadership team fully supports this initiative, and your work will influence the organization's future. From strategy to delivery, you will manage all aspects of change and see tangible results within a few years.
What they are looking for:
* Significant experience in Lean Six Sigma (ideally Black Belt)
* Experience of over 3 years, with the ability to overcome setbacks—Black Belt certification is not mandatory if you've faced and learned from failure
* A strong track record in continuous improvement and service design within transformation environments
* Experience managing and mentoring individuals
What is on offer:
* Salary up to £56,680 per year
* Hybrid working (2 days a week), based out of either Peterborough or Bradford offices—please apply if you are within a commutable distance
