Due to continued growth, we are recruiting a Business Support Officer. This role requires an all rounder who can support a range of businesses including our Semi Independent homes and Residential Homes, as well as support senior management at Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Operations across Semi- Independent & Residential Homes
* Research for CEO on various projects
* Quality Assurance of systems and processes
* IT Support to various teams including (Beekeeper, Clear Care)
* Completing reports (risk assessments, CLA Reviews, ad-hoc reports)
* Supporting care management system
* Supporting HR and Recruitment for the company
* Support homes as a Floating Assistant Manager where required
* Supporting Finance Team
* Support for International Team
* Complete all accompanying administration
* Ad- Hoc task as delegated by Senior Management
The successful applicants will receive training and have access to courses for their professional development.
