What You’ll Do
This is a varied and fast-paced 180 recruitment consultant role where you will:
* Manage and grow a warm primary desk, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Source, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle with accuracy, organisation, and safeguarding compliance.
* Conduct client visits to build new relationships and enhance service delivery.
* Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:
* Education recruitment (ideal but not essential)
* Primary school experience (advantageous)
* Sales, customer service, or management roles where relationship-building is key
The ideal person will:
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be confident speaking with a range of stakeholders
* Have a high standard of written and spoken English
* Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed
* Be well organised with outstanding attention to detail
* Have the ability to multitask and manage a busy desk
* Hold a full driving licence for essential client visits
What We Offer
* £25,000–£30,000 starting salary, depending on experience
* Uncapped commission with immediate earning potential
* Term-time hours: 7am–5pm or 8am–6pm with on-call rota
* Reduced hours in school holidays (10am–3pm)
