This is a hands‑on HR, Recruitment and wellbeing focused role, ideal for a HR professional who thrives in fast paced environments and is confident leading HR activity across a sizeable workforce. Location: Lichfield + Hybrid Salary £34,200 + Bonus Monday -Friday 37.5 hours per week 33 Days Holiday per year with the option to purchase up to 2 extra weeks Role Responsibilities: Support hiring managers through the full recruitment process, from vacancy approval to offer stage. Proactively source candidates via networking, CV databases, headhunting and social media. Partner with HR on retention, wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Manage all recruitment administration, reporting and compliance activity. Lead onboarding and ensure effective new starter integration. Support HR communications, including bulletins and employee forums. Deliver recruitment activity across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Train and coach recruiters and managers on interviewing, supporting leadership development programmes. Build strong agency relationships, managing SLAs, PSLs and quality standards.
