We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Doncaster. This may include whole-class cover, small-group interventions and one-to-one support.
You’ll be:
* Delivering planned lessons and activities in the teacher’s absence.
* Supporting the learning and progress of individuals and groups.
* Assisting in planning, preparation and assessment where required.
* Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification (Level 4+).
* Experience working across primary key stages.
* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills.
* A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to adapt quickly.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
