Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative Location: Irvinestown, BT94 1GT, Northern Ireland Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.71 (From April) Contract Type: Fixed Term, 16th March - 16th October Working Hours: 45 hours, Monday - Friday, 07:00-17:00About the roleWe currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Irvinestown. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.Requirements
* Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
* A full valid UK driving licence
* PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
