We are excited to announce multiple opportunities for Social Worker (Adults, Care and Support) positions within a newly created team operating on a countywide basis. This is an excellent chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to responding swiftly to referrals and providing vital assessments and support. As a Social Worker (Adults, Care and Support), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care assessments across Cornwall. Your responsibilities will include carrying out Care Act assessments, care and support planning, and Mental Capacity assessments, ensuring individuals receive the support they need. Working autonomously, you will manage a caseload within designated geographical areas, adapting to flexible working hours while adhering to strict deadlines.
