π― What Youll Be Doing

Define and execute the digital product and transformation strategy
β
Own the roadmap across customer-facing digital platforms and experiences
β
Drive digital commerce growth, conversion optimisation and customer engagement
β
Lead major transformation initiatives across Product, Technology and Operations
β
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities that improve customer experience and business efficiency
β
Use data, experimentation and customer insights to inform decision making
β
Partner with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with commercial objectives
β
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional product team
β
Drive measurable outcomes across growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction
π€ About You
βοΈ Proven experience leading Product, Digital or Transformation functions
βοΈ Strong track record delivering large-scale digital change programmes
βοΈ Experience operating within PE-backed, scale-up or high-growth businesses
βοΈ Commercially minded with a strong focus on business outcomes and value creation
βοΈ Deep understanding of customer journeys, CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation
βοΈ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
βοΈ Passionate about AI, innovation and emerging technologies
βοΈ Comfortable operating strategically whilst remaining close enough to execution to drive delivery
β Highly Desirable
π Experience within EdTech or Education
π Strong Ecommerce, Digital Commerce or Marketplace experience
π Experience scaling digital products within high-growth environments
π Exposure to international and multi-brand businesses
π€ Experience embedding AI, automation or personalisation capabilities into customer experiences
π° Previous experience working in Private Equity-backed organisations
