Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor | £60,000–£75,000 | Hybrid | Yorkshire
I’m currently working with a highly regarded specialist litigation firm that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Disputes team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm handling quality, high-value work for SMEs, HNW individuals and national clients.
The Role
You’ll be advising on:
* Contractual disputes
* Shareholder & director disputes
* Commercial property litigation
* Business protection matters (restrictive covenants, injunctions)
* Complex, high-value litigation
* You’ll have autonomy over your caseload while working within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Who They’re Looking For
* Solicitors with experience in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
* Commercially aware and client-focused
Also open to exceptional Civil Litigators (circa 4 years PQE+) who are keen to retrain into Commercial Litigation.
The firm is willing to invest in the right individual and provide structured support.
