Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to the director and advisers within the firm.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
* Updating and maintenance of customer records
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.
* Communicating any regulatory and compliance updates.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
* Prepare documents and presentations using Powerpoint.
* Basic book keeping and a good knowledge of Excel.
* Organise files and maintain an efficient office environment.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with financial services preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Previous administrative or office experience is preferred. Ideally within financial services
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Clerical experience that demonstrates capability in managing office duties effectively.
