Daily responsibilities:
* Provide desktop support to 1500 EMEA users across 32 locations.
* Support office users via ServiceNow tickets assigned to EU Client Computing.
* Utilize support tools and automation for deploying and managing client systems.
* Support and mentor 1st and 2nd level support teams.
* Participate in daily IT operations and prioritize tasks.
* Maintain and update documentation.
* Assist with business events and special requirements.
* Support vendor management and transition of contracts.
Qualifications:
* Experience in IT support within large, dispersed organizations.
* Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Understanding of network infrastructure and security.
* Proficiency with support tools and automation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to mentor.
* Self-motivated and independent worker, team contributor.
* Experience implementing IT solutions in dynamic environments.
* Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+ are desirable.
* Ability to create and maintain documentation.
