Whatyoulldo on a typical day: Manage the full contract P&L and deliver on financial targets. Lead two Transport Shift Managers and oversee daily driver operations. Ensure efficient route planning and consistent KPI delivery. Maintain full compliance as the named CPC Holder. Drive Health & Safety standards across drivers and office colleagues. Coach, develop, and support your team to deliver operational excellence. Build strong customer relationships and act as the main point of contact. What you need to succeed at XPO: Strong experience in transport management,logistics, or 3PL contract management. Valid CPC in Road Transport (essential). Experience managing P&L with solid commercial and financial understanding. Strong knowledge of transport legislation, compliance, and H&S requirements. Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced operational environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure whilstmaintaininghigh standards.
