A high-performing, inclusive, and compassionate 11–18 school in Swindon is seeking an experienced and visionary SENCO to lead its SEND provision from January 2026. About the Role The SENCO will take a strategic and operational lead in overseeing all aspects of special educational needs and inclusion. They will manage the school’s SEND team, coordinate EHCPs, and ensure compliance with statutory frameworks. The role also includes developing targeted interventions, leading staff training on differentiation and adaptive teaching, and maintaining productive partnerships with external agencies and families.
