We are currently recruiting an ambitious Breakfast Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, based at Sedgebrook Hall, part of The Venues Collection.
We are looking for a Breakfast Cook with previous experience, a can-do attitude, and experience within a similar position in a hotel kitchen. The candidate should be able to work in a busy environment, hold a minimum of Level 2 Food Safety Hygiene certification, and be capable of working to deadlines while providing high-quality breakfast dishes.
£14.39 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5:30am to 2pm, 5 days over 7
Role Purpose
* Work with a wide range of breakfast products and serve fresh, tasty dishes to guests.
* Assist with preparing for lunch and evening service after breakfast service.
* Ensure all food is served to the required company standards.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Anticipate customer needs and react to enhance satisfaction.
* Maintain correct dress code and high personal hygiene standards.
* Abide by all company and legislative food standards.
* Uphold all relevant Risk Assessments.
