BEMS Support Engineer – Aberdeen based

Responsibilities
* Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement with customers.
* Produce concise reports from PPM visits and submit promptly in line with customer KPI requirements.
* Keep maintenance schedules and trackers up to date for visibility of BMSI and customers.
* Carry out small repairs and remedial works.
* Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.
* Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Familiarity with Trend & IQ Vision. Experience with systems such as Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ALC is advantageous; training will be provided if needed.
* Experience in the building controls industry with an understanding of mechanical plant; time in data centre environments is favourable.
* Proven diagnostic skills and ability to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, and be located within comfortable travelling distance of Aberdeen.
* Full UK driving licence and CSCS skill card or equivalent; PC literate.
* On-call duties for emergency or breakdowns on a rota basis.
