Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in software testing, whether manual or automated, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow - ITSM, CSM. You should have working experience with test and defect management tools, preferably Jira, Zephyr, or DevOps. A solid understanding of ITIL, along with experience in advising on best practices, methodologies, and test execution is essential. You should also possess knowledge and experience in designing, developing, and executing ATF test cases in ServiceNow. While not mandatory, having a ServiceNow certification and ISTQB Test Certification will be advantageous. Responsibilities: In this pivotal role as a ServiceNow Test Analyst, you'll work closely with our entire implementation team to create, review, and execute both manual and automated test plans and scripts for functional testing. Your tasks will include analyzing technical/functional specifications and user stories to drive the development of test scripts and steps. Furthermore, you will be responsible for addressing and overcoming any risks or issues that may arise during the testing phases.
