Practice Manager
Location: Bupa Dental Care Putney, SW15 2TX
Employment type: Full time – 40 hours per week
Overview
We are a two‑surgery general dentistry practice looking for a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our team, drive business performance, and deliver high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities & Skills
* Deliver industry‑leading patient care in the practice
* Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets, including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take‑up and treatment plans
* Motivate, lead and engage a team of 7–15 colleagues
* Collaborate and influence conversations to drive forward business priorities
* Proactively market the practice to grow patient numbers
* Ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager
* Effectively manage the recruitment and selection for all practice staff
* Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue
* Be confident in using computer software and communication via email, telephone and Microsoft Teams
* Previous dental experience is desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other business settings
Qualifications
* Previous dental experience desirable
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Knowledge of dental practice management and relevant legislation
* Excellent communication and customer service ability
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
