This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and proactive administrator to join our Professional Services Executive Team, supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Directors of HR, IT, Finance, Estates and Facilities. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling these leaders to deliver their strategic goals, while gaining insight into how a Multi-Academy Trust operates at the highest level to achieve its mission for the children it serves.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant for the Education Executive Team, you'll collaborate with leaders across the organisation and provide professional, effective and proactive support. This includes diary and travel management, meeting coordination, document development, and administrative support for a national collaborative network of education professionals. The role is based at Federation House and King's Oak Academy, with a strong emphasis on office visibility and relationship-building.
In this role, you'll be a key part of our Central Executive Support function - enabling strategic leadership across our trust. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to meaningful change.

You will have:
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied and busy workload, meet deadlines, and respond flexibly to changing priorities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Proven experience in providing high-level administrative or PA support, ideally within an educational or similar environment.
* Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, with a commitment to professional development.
* A positive, empathetic and collaborative attitude, with a passion for supporting inclusive education.
