Job Description

Must Have: Extensive experience in selling IT Services to the Public Sector in the UK.


Responsibilities:

* Set and strive to achieve annual sales goals.
* Develop strategies to identify new prospects and sales leads, converting them into customers.
* Engage with senior management at client organizations and within Nagarro to determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging, and build relationships, applying industry-leading digital transformation practices.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners. Understand their business goals and align our offerings accordingly.
* Collaborate with the presales team to craft customized proposals aligned with client expectations. Work with technical specialists on RFPs and sales opportunities.
* Stay informed about the latest trends in IT Services, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to foster new business opportunities.


Requirements:

* Minimum of 12 years proven sales experience in a product/platform company or IT consulting firm.
* Strong connections with C-Level clients.
* Consistent achievement of increasing sales quotas over the years.
* Good knowledge of IT Services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hunter mentality with the ability to sell large, complex solutions.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
