Job Description
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (£300k-£500k GRF)Ability to grow and develop this portfolio in due courseBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorLead, mentor, and develop a skilled teamContribute to the strategic growth and development of the firmSupport business development and identify opportunities for service expansion
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Partner should have:ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experienceProven track record in client management and team leadershipCommercially astute with a growth mindsetExperience in managing a portfolio of a similar sizeAmbition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm
