We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role focused on outbound sales activity, engaging with B2B/SME customers and driving revenue growth through proactive calling and relationship building.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and playing a key role in renewals, retention, and saving cancellations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
* Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
* Drive sales through effective communication and relationship building
* Manage renewals and proactively retain customers, including handling cancellation saves
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce/CRM systems
* Ensure all activity is compliant with GDPR regulations
* Work to and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Operate effectively within a busy call centre environment
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a telesales or outbound sales environment
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Strong track record in inbound and outbound calling
* Demonstrated success in retention, renewals, and cancellation handling
* Experience working with B2B and/or SME customers
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach
