We work with a large network of primary schools across inner Birmingham who regularly require daily and short-term cover teachers in EYFS and KS1 classes. This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and building experience in different school environments.
As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences. Roles may include same-day bookings and short-term placements.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or BA with QTS)
Have recent or relevant experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1
Demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum
Be confident managing classroom behaviour and routines
Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable to different school settings
Be committed to supporting young children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
