Permanent opportunity for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in Norfolk. Core Recruiter is recruiting for an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business, which has strong growth plans in the region over the forthcoming months.
In this role, you will provide services at all stages of quantity surveying projects, collaborating with the team, clients and third parties to prepare, analyse and present tender documentation.
Responsibilities
* Prepare, analyse and present tender documentation for quantity surveying projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams, clients and third parties throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
* Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying
* Proven experience in new-build housing developments, groundworks, and civil engineering
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail
