Our client is a market leading FMCG manufacturer. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager.
The Role
* You will lead the engineering department to ensure efficiency and reliability of the companys manufacturing equipment.
* Will lead CI to help minimise downtime and support productions capabilities.
* Develop and manage maintenance team and functions including project work (CAPEX) and PPMs.
* Will build strong relationship with other business functions.
* You will have health and safety responsibility for your department.
* Ensure departmental KPIs are met and exceeded.
* You will have budget control for your department.
* Responsible for any contractors.
The Person
* You will be time served.
* Must have basic PLC experience.
* 18th edition would be beneficial.
* Previous managerial experience essential.
* Hold a relevant health and safety qualification.
* Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience is preferred.
* Will be happy to work day shift system.
