We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who shares our commitment to quality, has a high visual bar, and can turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will: Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team. Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web. Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product. Identify opportunities for product improvements, design system evolution, and new features. Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to context and audience. Requirements 3 years as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products. High visual craft with attention to polish and detail. Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural. Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product. Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them. Proactive in defining and prioritising UX issues: able to collect and assess relevant data, and move things forward. Highly communicative and self-organised: able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
