We are looking for a Programme Manager who will lead the delivery of the Academic Career and Reward Framework (ACRF), one of the University’s most strategically significant people-focused transformation programmes. The postholder will oversee multiple interdependent workstreams including Academic Pathways, Workload, Reward and Recognition, and Academic Contracts and Governance.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring strategic oversight, operational coordination, and excellent stakeholder management. The postholder will be expected to deputise for the Programme Lead, represent the programme at senior governance, and ensure the programme is implementation-ready.
Location: Hybrid, Oxford based
Salary: £55,636 - £64,228 with discretionary range up to £70,029 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term
