Senior Engineer - Mechanical or Civil Bias
Location – Hinton House, Warrington (minimum of 3 days per week office attendance)
Arrangement – Contract or permanent
Rate: Up to £55/hr Umbrella DOE

BPSS clearance at basic level is required; previous clearance is not transferable.
Role:
* Support the Technical team managing the leak within MSSS Original Building.
* Lead work packages, working autonomously with limited support once familiar with the project.
* Perform technical work directly; ad-hoc support may be available but not full-time.
* Scope and specify technical tasks.
* Lead specific work packages, possibly delivered internally or externally.
* Produce and present NFR reports.
* Review work of other team members.
* Plan future scope, including transition from technical to design/projects.
* Engage with regulatory bodies on assigned work packages.
Background:
* Chartered in their discipline.
* Engineering discipline specific.
* Experience in the Nuclear Industry, preferably with Sellafield MSSS and Silos.
Experience (minimum 4 of the following):
* Technical assessment and review.
* Study delivery.
* Strategy development.
* Technology development / R&D.
* Plant trials.
* Early design delivery (study and concept phases).
* Project or programme management.
