Facilities Officer Across Braintree, Witham, Manningtree and Burnham on Crouch sites weekly £18.32 per hour Temporary (6 months) Flexible start and finish times available - 37 hours per week. Join the team of 3 as a Facilities Officer and bring your expertise to a vibrant team dedicated to creating safe and welcoming environments! You will be required to travel across Braintree, Witham, Burnham on Crouch and Manningtree. Weekly schedule is planned 3 weeks in advance - perfect if you are local! So, if you have RAMS, H&S (IOSH) and PPM (Preventative planned maintenance) experience we are keen to hear from you! All training on the systems is provided - HALO system. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and management of housing facilities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met. Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests efficiently. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure top-notch service. Assist in managing budgets and resources effectively.
