About the Role
As a Workforce Software Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal hybrid functional–technical role within our Technology function. You’ll work across multiple teams to analyse requirements, streamline processes, configure WFS functionality, and maintain data quality and compliance for time, attendance, scheduling, and labour‑related activities.
Your work ensures that our WFS platform is reliable, secure, compliant with IT security and SOx controls, and adding genuine value across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and impactful role, you will:
1. Act as the subject matter expert for Workforce Software (WFS).
2. Analyse business processes and translate requirements into system configuration.
3. Maintain, update, and configure WFS rules and workflows.
4. Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate time and payroll processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including integration incidents.
6. Support upgrades, testing cycles, and change management.
7. Identify and deliver opportunities for standardisation and automation.
8. Ensure compliance with audit, governance, IT security, and SOx controls.
9. Deliver training, guidance, and knowledge sharing to business users.
10. Produce reporting and dashboards for labour analytics.
11. Maintain documentation and support vendor interactions.

Functional Competencies
You’ll bring:
17. Strong understanding of workforce management processes
18. Experience configuring WFS or similar workforce systems
19. Good understanding of payroll dependencies
20. High data literacy and confident decision-making
21. Effective stakeholder management
22. Awareness of system integration concepts
Experience & Education
23. Degree-level education or equivalent experience
24. Hands‑on configuration, testing, and maintenance experience
25. Knowledge of payroll cycles, labour compliance, ticketing tools, and testing
26. Strong analytical skills
27. Understanding of IT controls and security principles
