We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to drive growth within the retail sector, develop strong customer relationships, and support our Inside Sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Role Overview
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and growing relationships with existing retail customers. The Retail Sales Manager will play an important role in strengthening McCue’s presence in the retail market while working closely with the Inside Sales team to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Approximately 80% of this role will be focused on new business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow McCue’s retail business.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within retail markets.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
* Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining margin expectations.
* Conduct store walks and site visits to identify opportunities for McCue solutions.
* Present McCue products and services to key decision makers and stakeholders.
* Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
* Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to win new business.
* Attend trade shows, customer briefings, and industry events.
* Coach and mentor the Inside Sales team to support pipeline development and revenue growth.
* Communicate market feedback and customer insights with internal teams.
Areas of Responsibility

* Expansion of McCue product specifications within retail customers
* Accurate management of sales activity and pipeline in CRM
* Coaching and development of the Inside Sales team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within retail, safety, or industrial products.
* Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
* Experience building relationships with decision makers at multiple levels.
* Ability to create and execute territory and account growth strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results focused.
