Newstaff Employment is hiring reliable and motivated Production Operatives in Hitchin to support a busy manufacturing and production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Working on a production or assembly line to meet daily targets
2. Operating basic machinery and production equipment
3. Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
4. Following health and safety procedures at all times
5. Keeping the work area clean and organised
6. Supporting other departments when required
Essential Skills & Experience
7. Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
8. Good attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work efficiently in a team
10. Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
11. Good timekeeping and reliability
12. Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
