The Role:
As Head of Brand Marketing, you'll own the end-to-end brand strategy-driving consistency, creativity, and commercial impact across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:
Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear, consistent voice across all channels
Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, content, and offline)
Translate commercial objectives into impactful brand activity that drives awareness and revenue
Work closely with performance, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure brand and growth are fully aligned
Oversee content direction, creative output, and brand storytelling across all platforms
Build and nurture partnerships, collaborations, and cultural moments that elevate brand presence
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing brand and creative team
Use data and insight to continuously refine brand positioning and campaign effectiveness
About You:
Proven experience operating as a Head of Brand Marketing or in a senior brand leadership role within a high-growth fashion business
Strong track record of building and scaling brands in a digital-first environment
Deep understanding of how brand and performance marketing work together
Commercially minded-able to connect brand activity to tangible business outcomes
Experience leading creative teams and working closely with content, social, and design functions
Strong instinct for culture, storytelling, and what resonates with modern audiences
Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at leadership level
