To be considered as our next adidas Intern for - we'll need you to be enrolled as a full-time student with one year remaining after the internship, available from September to September, and based in or willing to relocate to Manchester for the duration.

You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

Human Resources manages the employee lifecycle throughout the organisation from candidate experience and onboarding to leadership. The function strives to create and facilitate moments that matter at key career touchpoints to ensure an impactful and consistent employee experience.
A day in the life:
1. Contribute to impactful HR projects and initiatives.
2. Analyse and report data to inform decision-making.
3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
4. Drive employee engagement activities that enhance workplace culture.
5. Maintain compliance with policies and internal controls.

Eligibility:
22. Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
23. Candidates in the penultimate year of Bachelor's degree study (following the internship, students should have a maximum of one year to graduate).
24. Available for the full duration of the internship – September -September
25. Local to Manchester office or ability to relocate for the full duration of the internship.
