How You’ll Make an Impact

Our Data team transforms our unique data to impact business. Whether it’s driving insights from pioneering tools or building the queries yourself, you can show your capabilities to shape big business decisions with big data analytics.

As a Lead Data Strategy Consultant, you will lead analytics delivery across a range of Epsilon clients and products within the Data division. You will support data‑driven growth by assessing campaign performance and analysing online and offline transactional data to generate insights into consumer behaviour and deliver measurable business impact.

You’ll closely collaborate with several internal teams from Sales, Account Management, and Operations with the goal of developing and supporting the client’s data-driven direct mail strategy. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. (4 days per week).


What You’ll Achieve

* Responsible for management of analytics work across a variety of Epsilon clients and products
* This role enables the data driven strategy to grow both client and Epsilon business
* Work to provide actionable insight to Epsilon clients in the optimization of campaign success
* Build strong working relationships with clients, and develop procedure knowledge sharing
* Hands‑on data manipulation and custom analysis to drive client insights and strategy
* Train and mentor colleagues on the accurate interpretation and communication of analysis findings


Who You Are

* What you’ll bring with you:
o Degree or equivalent experience preferred to be in an analytical field (social sciences, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, and advertising measurement)
o Agency or client‑facing experience
o Analytical skills to extract, interrogate, and analyse large datasets
o Extensive knowledge of direct mail data applications
o Extensive experience with Python and strong understanding of Python programming and procedures
o Experience with databases comprised of data from multiple sources
o Familiarity with RFM segmentation
o 3–5 years of relevant industry experience
