In this role, you will support Customer Delivery Administrator and support sales and servicing activities to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry through to final delivery. By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in enhancing communication, streamlining processes, and supporting the business in achieving its key performance indicators (KPIs).Ideally you will have strong experience of sales environments and be an excellent communicator able to work across all levels of the business and with our customer base.You will be confident in dealing with a fast pace and a changing landscape and be happy to muck in outside of your immediate area of responsibility to get things done. Key Responsibilities: Administration & Documentation Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage quotations, maintain customer accounts, and oversee returns. Manage e-commerce initiatives. Support the Customer Delivery Team. Manage the implementation of software packages to support company efficiencies Manage the Sales in box ensuring prompt responses and delegation of tasks to the relevant departments. Cover the Sales and Service Coordinator during holidays as needed and be able to provide additional support to the Sales and Servicing team. General responsibilities Provide informative and accurate weekly reports to management. Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration. Support the Customer Delivery Manager in day-to-day operations and team coordination. Ensure there are Standard Operating Procedures for all processes being coordinated.
